Does the custodial parent have a right to take away a healthy school lunch the non custodial parent made for the child? They share joint legal custody and there are no health issues. Custodial parent is a control freak.

There is nothing that legally prevents it. Ultimately, this is a parenting issue that must be discussed and resolved between the parents, perhaps, wit the assistance of a mediator.
