Where is the fuse boxes at on a 1994 thunder bird?

Where is the fuse boxes at on a 1994 thunder bird?
if you look in the hood beside the flux capaistator you can see the fuse box but to get it to work you have to insert a migit mexican, aproxamitly 3 feet
