Does a hybrid need gas or to be charged electrically?
Over 95% of hybrid cars use gas only as fuel. From that theygenerate electricity and store it in batteries for later use tosupplement the gas engine.
The remaining hybrid cars (called plugin hybrids) use gas too, butcan also be plugged in to keep the batteries charged.
