im 17 and i live in california but my fiance lives in texas we are wanting to move into his dads house. is it legal to do if i get my moms consent?

This should be asked using a California zip but if your mom consents, I do not think it will be a problem. In Texas, the age to move out is 18. The age to engage in consentual sexual touching / intercourse is 17.
