I need to write a letter of reconsideration for my niece. She's on 2 yr probation in MD for a traffic violation. She has no family there and needs to relocate to VA, to live with family for assistance, but can't leave MD. Can you assist me. Thank you.

Unless you are a Maryland attorney, you may not act as your niece's attorney, because you would be practicing law in Maryland without a license. You might get yourself in trouble.
