I have a situation or two that I need legal advice on.
A few weeks ago I paid to go pick up a dog in Northern Kentucky under the understanding that it would be my dog. When me and my (ex)friend got back to the apartment she hoarded the dog into her room and called it hers. She wont pay me back nor give me the dog, who does the dog belong to and what legal actions can I take.
Also about a month ago my (ex)friend came home with a cat and told my girlfriend that it was hers, but now that we are moving out she is also hoarding the cat in her room so we can't take it. What can we do about this.
