I have terminated an employee for Cause and they have hired an attorney and are demanding a copy of their Employment Contract; do I have to give it to them?

Answer

Why would you not want to give them a copy of their employment contract? If a lawsuit is filed, the plaintiff will get a copy of the contract through discovery anyway.
