pension plans- if my employer provided years of service and age for some employees to qualify for a pesion do they have to do the same for everyone? Would they have to provide that information if requested about if they did provide years of service and age for an employee(s)?

if the employer is large enough to be governed by Federal law, yes..but if small, probably not
