In general a QDRO can not be changed as a result of remarriage of a party (unless that provision was incorporated into the QDRO). You may be thinking of spousal maintenance and the presumption in favor of terminating it upon remarriage of the former spouse receiving maintenance (unless specifically provided otherwise in the spousal maintenance provision in the decree it does terminate upon remarriage of receiving former spouse).
