I recently got a voicemail on my phone with a person calling me and whore and kursing at me, can I press charges on them?
Answer
You can certainly file a complaint, but what will be done about it is impossible to say based on your information -- too many variables. And to "press" charges still means that the State's Attorney would have the discretion not to spend the taxpayers' money to have a trial over this.
