My exgirlfriend is bringing me to small claims court over money she thinks I owe her. She had a credit card in her name that she used for groceries for us. She wants me to pay for half. also she paid for the pet deposit in my apartment. She wants that money back now. Do I owe her that money back?

You may owe her for the pet deposit, if it was loan,l and she never lived there. As to the credit card, it will come down to what type oif agreement or arrangment you two had. if you provdied anything fopr the both of you, (i.e. dinners out, gas, utilities, etc.) you may want to raise them as a counter claim.
