Hi, i have just filed for a divorce about a month ago. Me and my husband has decided not to continue with the divorce. The only problem that i have is that i have already served him with his court papers and we have a court date coming up in Nov.2011 what should i do?

File a request for dismissal with the court prior to the hearing. You can obtain court forms for free at the California Court's website: http://www.courts.ca.gov/forms.htm
