Question

My wife and I are soon to be divorce and she wants me to give up custody of my twin girls, so that her mom can take full custody of them. This is the only agreement she wants listed in our divorce. Would I have to terminate my custodial rights in order to do this?

Answer

See an attorney immediately.

Unless you are a child molester or completely unfit, no Court is going to deny you the right to see your children.

Since a divorce is a case between you and your wife, the court would not be considering her mother for custody anyway.
