Question

I recently went to court where a temporary order was put in place that my 15 year old daughter will reside with her father. She has been living with him since August 2012 and now says she wants to return home with me. What steps do I need to take to reverse this temporary order?

Answer

You will need to file a Motion for Additional Temporary Orders based on changed circumstances. Unless her father agrees, you will need to set it for a hearing.
