I work for a hotel company as a housekeeper and have been cussed out by an employee three times in the past eight months along with my fellow co-workers. I have told management about the threats and verbal abuse and they haven't done anything about it until the third time in which they cussed me out too. I believe that I have been discriminated against because I am young, Asian, and pregnant. What can I do about this?
