1. Burglary 3rd Degree

2. Burglary Tools

3. Criminal Mischief

4. Possession of Morphine

5. Theft.

I know that the maxium sentence is 5 years in prison. My question is: Are there any other cases that will help him get probation and substance abuse counseling instead of prison time?
