Need an attorney to follow up for a deceased attorney on a lawsuit against a bank that allowed someone to get a loan using my credentials. Deceased attorney was able to get dismissal against me. Have paperwork from bank with obvious forgeries,taped conversations and transcripts with all involved, a suit won in Cobb county Georgia and yet to collect on that, and know the person responsible for taking the money. 3 months ago there was talk at the DA office as to getting the case reopened. Don't know what has happened with that. I could use some help.
