I am in the middle of a custody battle. There are times when I have not had computer access and have called my wife and asked her to send a correspondence to my ex-wife for me. During these exchanges, I asked her to put my name on the e-mail to avoid animosity from my ex. Is it illegal to have my wife send an email for me and sign my name to it?
