Is there a three day grace period in V.A. for lemons that are sold as is?
I am not a Lawyer but from a lay mans point of view there are a couple considerations:If the dealer did not inform of issues, damage or defects you may be able to sue and force the return of the vehicle for up to 18 months after purchase.There is no Cooling off Grace period in Virginia as long as the condition of the vehicle was properly described.
