How can you know if a clock spring is bad?
Carefully remove it, properly resintall it. If the car was crashed and the bag was deployed, you will need to replace it. Some crooked dealerships will install the clockspring, but not connect the wires. Beware of this from Mitsubishi Dealerships in Kanata, Ontario Canada.
