I have sole custody of my son since I was 2 months pregnant I have been on my own my son is now 9 months and the father decided not to have part in my sons life. I want to go to Mexico this summer do I need his permission because there is no kind of relationship at all what so ever with my ex

WI STAT 767.813(2m) says

(2m) CUSTODY PENDING COURT ORDER. If there is no presumption

of paternity under s. 891.41 (1) or if paternity is acknowledged

under s. 767.805 (1), the mother shall have sole legal custody

of the child until the court orders otherwise.

He has no say in the matter until he is adjudicated the father.
