Why United State does not use alcohol instead gasoline?
Alcohol burns faster than gasoline and does not offer as much power per ignition, so more of it has to be used. Also, because it is distilled from organic compounds like corn, sugar, grass, and wood, it cuts into our national food supply and in the long run, will be more expensive to produce.
