how can i get a larceny charge dissmist when i go to court? im doing some volunteer hours at the boys and girls club..so will that help me wen i go to court? and i also payed for wat i stole..afther i got coaght stilling

There are sometimes programs available for First Time Offenders. I strongly recommend that you find an experienced local attorney. Unfortunately the system is not set up to work with you without an attorney. It is the prosecutors job to prosecute you, and not his/her job to negotiate good deals for you. Our system of criminal justice is the best in the world, but it depends upon a balance in the courtroom with an attorney doing his/her best to prosecute you and a balancing attorney doing his/her best to defend you. You need an attorney to balance the system on your behalf.
