My fiancee, filed for a divorce while in prison and went through several exercises to bring it to an end, but is unsure, because he can't remember which court he filed the petition in. He has been researching to no avail. How would a person go about finding out this information? He only remembers, the possibility of the court being in Tucson Arizona. thank you

Call the District Clerk's office in each county where he MIGHT have filed the paperwork and ask if there is such a case. If he can't find the case, tell him to refile in his home county.
