i recevied a court notice that states "notice to judgement debtor of garnishment of property other than personal earnings.
I foreclosed a condo in Ohio, and did not pay 1 year of HOA dues, and the HOA is after me with the above court notice.
Can you help me with this!

Unless it was issued by a California court, you need to ask this of Ohio attorneys. And in any case you will have to provide a lot more information about what the garnishment is about.
