Grayson Co. Texas. Criminal Harassment Case filed, defendant never notified. No criminal record what so ever. It was a case of ex's contacting each other, the defendant for good cause.Proof of harassment on defendants side. Little to no money for an attorney and applying for school, state board license required. If arrest or conviction shows, no state license.

You need to find the money to hire a lawyer and give the lawyer whatever evidence you have. They are not required to notify an accused when a charge is going to be filed, and they are not required to attempt to interview the accused.
