I have applied for my sisters Green Card in 2004 with an address in India and completed all the process. Her file could get active in 2-3 Years.

Currently, She is in Dubai living on her Husband's Visa. His visa expired few years back and he is in process legalize the visa status.

I would like to know if she has to leave Dubai and/or gets deported with life time ban to visit Dubai, Will this impact her Green Card Process?

Her status in the UAE should have no effect on her U.S. immigration case. However, you are supposed to notify the U.S. Department of State & USCIS about any address changes for you or the beneficiary.
