Do you get paid evertime your song gets played?
Yes. But only if you're a member of PRS [Performing Rights Society] or the other one, which escapes my memory. Every radio station must fill out a form listing which pieces of music they have played. Similarly, concert venues. And they then have to pay the PRS, who then distribute the monies.
