I live in a gated community in CALIFORNIA and was sent a ticket by mail from our private security services. Their claim is that I didn't stop at a stop sign and was over the posted speed limit, however, I was NOT physically pulled over by any security officer and was only given a ticket by mail. Can I fight this? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks (Nevada County)
