Hey,The average cost that I have seen charged for this is about $500. The gasket itself if about $50 - $60 dollars ( aftermarket ), with the majority of the cost coming from labour. It will depend on the labour rate of the shop that you go to. If I remember correctly the labour time is about 4 hours. the 3100 and 3400 series engines have pretty common coolent issues with the intake and head gaskets. Take a good look to make sure that the head gaskets are not leaking as well. It will save alot on labour time if you fix it all at once, owing to the fact that the intake has to come off to do the head gaskets.
