Does a creditor have to file in the same county where i live to successfully garnish my pay? What is the definition of head of household. My x does claim one of our two children on his tax return but they both live with me.

household is a person who files a Federal 1040 tax return as head of household
or otherwise acts as the head of a household which includes dependents,
such as minors, elderly, disabled.
