if 2 large live trees fall on my property from an adjoining property, is the wood from the trees that is on my property mine?

Answer

I suppose you could get a court to say that it is but there is an easier and cheaper way. Go over and TALK to your neighbor and come to an agreement. After all you could ask if you clean up the mess you get to keep the wood. That might make the neighbor happy and hopefully you happy.
