How do you react when your guest speaker gives a bad presentation in your organization?
I dont invite them again!
They were an invited guest. You take away any positive points from their presentation that you can, you maintain your grace and thank them. And then you don't invite them back. After the event is over you may tactfully inform them as to why they won't be asked back. It is fair to them for you to inform them of the reasons WHY they won't be asked back so they have the opportunity to reflect on their presentation and make changes to it for future presentation.
