Branches from my tree broke off and fell next door after recent bad storm. The branches were on my tree but hung over the property line onto her side. There was no damage done except to a small tree. Who is responsible for cleaning that up?

Well which of you owns a chainsaw? Why not go over and offer? The branches are off your tree. Now that they are on another's property the branches now technically belong to your neighbor. So why not just be neighborly and tak to each other.
