What makes a good car factory site?
the use of an existing building prefably used for previous industrial use other wise you may have to apply to the local concil to change the use of the building. existing utilitys such as water, gass, electricity and so on.
Acsessability to and from the site
parking areas
disabled acsess
local buyers who will be intrested in buying the cars
existing drains
good existing foundations if not a good ground bearing capacity (if the ground can take the load of the new building)
