Can an underage guest sit in a bar stool at a full liquor bar (St. Petersburg, FL)? I thought the law said you had to be 21+ to sit at the bar, but any age could sit at a table. THANK YOU!

I'm not aware of any law that forbids a minor from sitting at the bar so long as the minor does not try to get served alcohol. Of course, most bar's policy is to not allow a minor to sit at the bar just to avoid any possible brushes with the law.
