When I am cruising down the road not pressing my gas I notice that my car is losing it's power then you press on the gas and then it seems like your car is getting the power back why is this?
Pressing on the gas pedal sends more gas to the combustion chamber for the combustion process which sends more pressure to the engine for your car to pick up speed.
