California Divorce, I have about $30,000 in student loans. I worked part time during school, but we had to use a portion of the money for living expenses. I know I am responsible for the portion that went to tuition and book, do we split the portion of the loans that went for living expenses? We also took a loan out from his 401K. We have agreed to split the remaining balance. Who is responsible for paying back the 401K loan?
