I put my car as catlateral $1000 for a $10000 bail. than after we informed the bailbonds my boyfriend was arrested again can i use the same bail bond since no charges were filed on the first one

It will probably depend on whether he was arrested for the same offense. If this is something new than he will have to post again. If he was arrested on the same charges on the same set of facts he should be okay, but there may be other factors that need to be considered too.
