can I get sue by a doctor because someone is in my insurance and they dont pay their bill?

Maybe.
A parent is responsible for medical bills incurred on behalf of the child.
Married people are responsible for bills that the spouse incurs.
But there is no special relationship based on being insured by the same policy.
