Can my sister who has power of attorney, stop me from renting my place that sits on my mother's property?

I guess it depends on the POA.....I assume she has power of attorney from your mother...... Would your mother stop you? Why does sister have the POA? Your mom can cancel it by just saying so. With all that said, since "your place" is on your mother's land, your mother still has rights to say who goes on her land.
