How does torterra learn frenzy plant?
First You have to win some battles in the battle frontier. Then you go to the resort area which is the water route to the right of the fight area. You will get to the Resort area and then you go up. you will have to do a double battle but when you beat them, go up and there will be a place with a lot of sand. go to a house near a pond (NOT up a ramp) and talk to the guy in there with your final starter evolution (Must have full friendship) and he will give you frenzy plant.
