I'm divorced w/a child. The order for the divorce was a bifurcation so we don't have the visitation issues resolved yet. There is nothing in the divorce order that says I can't move. Would I be able to move without my exs consent? The child lives w/me in Florida.

you must file a petition to move and get an Order allowing it. Most courts will not object you just need to show why, better job, more family help and support in that area, etc.
