I filed for chapter 7 for my mother in mass. Unfortunately her homestead was not in place as she thought and the case was withdrawn, by writing the Judge .

Do I have to wait 180 days to refile or can i refile right away.

Let's take a breath, here. You've admitted to the crime of practicing law without a license and you screwed up your mother's case - so far, by not making sure that the homestead was in place but you may well have made other errors which have not been uncovered yet.

Your mother would have lost her home because of you, but for the Grace of God and the one particular judge - another judge might have allowed the loss of her home.

So you want to do this again? You are being foolish, and dangerously so.
