My soon to be ex husband isn't the biological dad of my son, but he calls him dad and had raised him as his own for the past 3 years. Does he have to pay child support?

In the state of Texas if a child is born during a marriage then your husband is presumed to be the father. If the child was born before you we're married he is not obligated to pay child support.
