Ex-husbands property
In October of 2006, my then husband and I went to court to settte property, custody of the children, etc. Here it is 6 months later and he still has items that belong to him in my home. What are my rights to getting him to remove them from my house. It is driving me insane.

You should have your attorney contact his and give them a definite time by which the property needs to be out. Then if he does not come get it, I would deliver them to his attorney's office.
