I have a court order for child support the other parent has not made any payments he says under family code 4505 that since I am recieving ssi payments under his ssi number for his injury that he doesn't have to pay the court order child support based on the fact I recieve money for our children under his ssi claim, does he still have to pay the court orederd child support?
