I recently discovered that a group of rivals planted a spy to fill one of the critical roles of my organization and has since been feeding them confidential information about our company. What can I do about it and how do I go about getting justice on behalf of my organization.

I'm not sure exactly where your question falls in criminal law. If you are talking about corporate espionage, then I would suggest you find out who the "spy" is and fire them. Although before you fire them it might be important to find out what they have passed on to your "rival". You may ask this question under corporate law also.
