Can i return a used car?
Maybe, the car has to be fit for the road ,and it depends on what the add said ,if you buy the car as seen then that means what ever is wrong your buying it as seen. but if not you could take it back but its down to you to make sure you have it checked take someone with you .
If in UK go to the trading standards - plus if you paid by credit card you can get on to them and ask for a refund on that payment because car is not what was in the ad.
