I just purchased a car which was 699.00 down.. she asked me how much did i have my mother and i told her we had 900 to go towards the down payment and the tags... Now they're telling me i have to pay 278 for tags but on theyre wall they have a sign saying if your down payment is 699.00 this includes tags and title. SO how do i owe 278? help me please
